My sister from Calgary has ordered flowers for me from My Mother’s Bloomers countless times. It was wonderful to be able to surprise her with flowers from you while she is visiting. She loved them!

I normally don’t give a big shout out to businesses where I placed an order online but this was different.I recently placed an on-line order for a B-day flower arrangement, bottle of wine and box of chocolates for my daughter just before the store’s opening on the morning of her B-day hoping my order would be delivered to her that day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text from Neville, the owner of My Mother’s Bloomers. He let me know that he had received my order, that the box of chocolates I order was not in stock but would add a number of individual wrapped chocolates in lieu but also credited me the full cost of the chocolates and indicated that the flowers and gift basket would be delivered by mid day. The B-day gift was delivered as promised and my daughter absolutely loved the unique flower arrangement, wine and chocolates. I received a couple of follow up texts from Neville and email on the delivery confirmation.I’m so impressed that Neville reached out personally, the order process was incredibly easy and delivery was done within 6 hours. And of course the flower arrangement and gift basket were just perfect. A big thank you to Neville and team to make this experience somewhat memorable.
